The NLNZBA is an association of and for business people and organisations with a Dutch connection. We endeavour to acts as a catalyst in encouraging, improving and informing on all relevant matters of business and at the same time support activities of a cultural, educational and social nature.

Our history
The Association was established in 1993 to take advantage of historical and present links between the Netherlands and New Zealand and capitalise on the skills, influence, connections and expertise of its members and other business partners. The initiative to found the Association came from the Commercial Attaché
of the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Wellington. In 2010 the Royal Netherlands Embassy has expressed it’s desire to launch NLNZBA chapters for the Wellington and Christchurch regions.

Our purpose
The NLNZBA has as its mission to develop a leadership role in providing business services to members of the New Zealand business community with a Dutch connection for primarily, but not limited to, the greater Auckland area and to be the contact for companies or individuals of Dutch origin wishing to establish a business relationship in New Zealand. As such the NLNZBA endeavours to establish a large membership to support this objective.
